Founder’s Note
“This company was not built overnight. It was built through years of research, field understanding, compliance learning, and trust-based relationships across industries.”
India produces enormous quantities of food waste every day, while farmers struggle with rising costs of fertilizers and cattle feed. This imbalance inspired us to create a system where waste becomes value, and sustainability becomes profitable for everyone involved.
We envisioned a model where corporates no longer worry about expired stock, audits, storage, or disposal—and farmers receive quality inputs at affordable prices. Today, that vision is a reality.

Our Business Model
- We collect expired and near-expiry food and feed items directly from client locations.
- Collection is done strictly as per client instructions and documentation protocols.
- Transportation is carried out using our own vehicles, at zero cost to the client.
- Collected materials are transferred to our licensed warehouse.
- Batch-wise inventory tracking is maintained.
- Separate zones are allocated for audited and non-audited materials.
- Audited materials are processed directly.
- For non-audited materials:
- In-house auditing and verification are conducted
- Compliance documentation is generated and archived
- This eliminates audit exposure for partner companies.
Materials are segregated into:
- Usable food-grade inputs (for cattle feed processing)
- Organic matter (for fertilizer production)
- Non-usable waste (disposed responsibly)
- Usable materials are converted into:
- Cattle feed input materials using proprietary formulations
- Fertilizer raw materials rich in organic nutrients
- Packaging and plastic waste is transferred to our associated recycling unit for safe disposal.
